The S A Partners Digital Learning Capability platform is Roletracker.

The Roletracker capability has been developed to enable organizations to reduce costs, improve productivity and be more flexible for the home working environment. It is designed around people’s busy working days allowing candidates to learn whenever best suits them. It blends virtual and digital learning, with face-to-face coaching and accreditation to provide a rich candidate experience.

Roletracker is made up of online standard and bespoke training courses, and individual candidate learning dashboards, together with a learning management system that can track roles, competencies, and benefits generated.

THE PURPOSE

Roletracker enables organizations to continually track life-long learning and development, whilst delivering business benefits through improved role competence. The system is broken into 4 component parts; build, learn, track, and report – all explained below.

BUILD

Roletracker can be used as an “off-the-shelf tool” that enables organizations to track the development of their people against standard programs, it can also be used as a totally customized system that enables organizations to assess the skills and competencies required to deliver their current and future needs.

LEARN

The system is a combination of a program management tool, a materials library, and learning resources. It has the ability to manage lifelong blended learning, record training, coaching, project delivery, and accreditation.

TRACK

The system can track progress at the Candidate, Cohort, Department, and Company levels. The frequency of reporting can be developed to accommodate the specific needs of the organization.

REPORT

The system contains reporting functions that enable organizations to understand the return on investment for training time, coaching progress, and expenditure as well as managing a full range of both process and people benefits through modules such as project benefit realization.
